The form can record limited contact and product-fit information only when its exact server-side activation gate is enabled; a public site also requires Turnstile. Final business identity, public contacts, jurisdiction, billing terms, vendors, and legal review remain required before public sales.

Paid access is planned only through a compliant public invite-only TradingView publication. After that publication exists, each customer must make a separate affirmative request tied to the exact TradingView username; the beta-interest form is not this request.
TradingView membership, market data, exchange fees, and platform availability remain separate. Lumi Leader Pro is independent and is not endorsed by TradingView.
Product boundary
Lumi Leader Pro is educational decision-support software. It does not provide personalized investment, legal, tax, or financial advice; place orders; select option contracts; know a user's broker position; or guarantee outcomes.
Beta-interest boundary
The interest application does not collect payment or TradingView usernames and does not promise selection. Public indexing, checkout, analytics, and general marketing email remain disabled until matching operational and policy controls exist.
