Trading involves substantial risk
Stocks, options, futures, digital assets, and other instruments can move rapidly and may cause losses up to or beyond the amount initially committed, depending on the product and account. Options can expire worthless, lose value quickly, and involve liquidity, volatility, assignment, exercise, spread, and pricing risks.
Only risk capital should be used. A trader should understand the instrument, broker rules, fees, tax considerations, and personal financial circumstances before acting.
Educational decision support only
Lumi Leader Pro is not a broker, fiduciary, exchange, signal execution service, personalized adviser, or guarantee of suitability. Its scores, states, levels, colors, panels, alerts, and setup labels are implemented software outputs, not instructions to buy, sell, hold, or size a position.
READY means implemented chart checks are present. WAIT, WATCH, FAILED, HOLDING, or similar words describe model context. None of them knows the user's account, contract, cost basis, objectives, liquidity, or broker position.
No guarantee of results
No setup, indicator, screen, alert, color, or historical pattern can predict a future result. False positives, false negatives, gaps, slippage, delayed alerts, changing volatility, news, earnings, halts, and unavailable liquidity can materially change an outcome.
Past, hypothetical, simulated, backtested, or illustrated examples do not represent a promise of future performance. Public product visuals explain workflow states and stop at the review decision point; they are not performance claims.
Data, calculation, and platform limitations
TradingView, Pine Script, exchanges, brokers, data feeds, devices, and internet connections are independent systems. Data may be delayed, revised, incomplete, or different across providers. Timeframe changes, chart settings, symbols, sessions, adjustments, and available history can change calculations or load time.
Alerts can be late, duplicated, missed, configured incorrectly, or based on a state that changes before a person reviews it. A notification must not be treated as an automated order or a substitute for direct chart and broker verification.
User responsibilities
Before any trade, independently review price, news, earnings, spreads, liquidity, position size, stop and exit plan, and broker order details. Maintain independent risk controls and verify that the chart, symbol, timeframe, session, and alert configuration are correct.
Consult appropriately qualified financial, legal, tax, or other professionals when needed. Lumi cannot determine whether a transaction is appropriate for a particular person.
