Privacy notice

This draft explains the limited information used by the beta-interest application and the controls that still must be finalized before public enrollment.

Pre-launch policy draft · Last updated July 14, 2026

Current private preview

This website is currently a private preview. It does not provide checkout, accept payment, create customer accounts, or collect TradingView usernames. It includes a beta-interest application for possible Core research or evaluation and companion-workflow research, but intake remains disabled unless its exact server-side activation gate is enabled.

The application stores the submitted name, email address, interest track, experience range, selected workflow gap, optional notes, consent records, application status, timestamps, and campaign or referral tags present in the application link. It does not store broker credentials, account balances, positions, payment-card data, or a TradingView username.

OpenAI Sites hosts this preview, and Cloudflare infrastructure and D1 provide request handling and application storage. Those providers may process routine technical information such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and request logs needed to deliver and protect the site. Paid enrollment remains inactive pending final business, legal, payment, and privacy-vendor details.

Before public beta intake is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile will be activated to reduce automated abuse. Its verification service may process browser, network, device, and challenge information under Cloudflare's applicable terms and privacy disclosures. Server-side verification is required before an application is stored.

Beta-interest purpose and choice

Application information is used to evaluate program fit, understand product needs, prevent duplicate applications, and contact the applicant about the selected beta or design-partner opportunity. Submission is not consent to an unrelated marketing list and does not create access, a subscription, a public trial, or eligibility for a future paid offer.

When enabled, the application uses a unique normalized email address to preserve the first consented record rather than create repeated copies or silently overwrite it. A working deletion and privacy-request channel must be published before the site becomes publicly accessible.

Information planned for launch

The final service is expected to process only information reasonably needed to operate subscriptions, provide invite-only access, respond to support requests, secure the service, and comply with law.

  • Contact and account information, such as name and email address, beyond the limited beta-interest fields described above.
  • The exact TradingView username submitted with an explicit access request.
  • Subscription, transaction, tax, and payment-status information supplied by a payment processor; Lumi does not plan to store full card details.
  • Support communications and product-access history.
  • Technical, security, device, and website-usage information disclosed by the final vendor stack.
  • Consent, renewal, cancellation, and policy-acknowledgment records.

Planned uses

Information may be used to verify enrollment, grant or remove TradingView access, administer billing, provide support, prevent abuse, diagnose reliability issues, communicate service or policy changes, meet recordkeeping duties, and improve documentation and product usability.

Any marketing email program will use an appropriate consent or lawful basis, identify the sender, and provide a working unsubscribe method. A customer will not be required to accept unrelated marketing to receive essential service messages.

Service providers and disclosures

The final notice will name or categorize hosting, payment, email, support, analytics, fraud-prevention, and professional-service providers after that stack is selected. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Lumi does not plan to sell personal information. The final notice will state whether any advertising or analytics practice is treated as sharing, targeted advertising, or sale under applicable law and will provide required choices.

Retention and security

Beta-interest applications will be reviewed for deletion or de-identification 12 months after the last update unless the applicant is selected, asks for earlier deletion, or a longer period is reasonably required for consent, security, dispute, or legal records. Future customer retention periods will be published before paid enrollment.

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are planned, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Privacy choices and rights

Depending on location, a person may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive certain information, and to opt out of specified sharing or marketing. The final notice will explain verification, authorized-agent, appeal, and non-discrimination procedures where required.

Cookie and browser-based choices are described in the Cookie notice. A working privacy-request channel will be added before enrollment.

Children, location, and updates

The beta-interest application is limited to people who confirm they are at least 18. Supported locations, cross-border transfer safeguards, and applicable regional disclosures will be finalized before paid access opens.

The effective notice displayed at enrollment will identify the operator, contact method, effective date, and material changes.
