Pre-launch status
This is an operational draft for a private launch preview. The beta-interest application remains disabled unless its server-side activation and, for a public site, Turnstile gates are satisfied. Paid enrollment, payment collection, and customer access are not active. Final operator identity, business address, support contact, billing terms, governing law, and dispute provisions will be presented before any purchase can be completed.
Submitting an application asks Lumi to make contact about the selected program. It does not create a paid subscription, public trial, guaranteed beta place, license, eligibility for a future paid offer, or entitlement to Lumi Leader Pro.
Product purpose
Lumi Leader Pro is educational chart-analysis software for discretionary decision support. It organizes market context, setup state, levels, and implemented confirmations. It does not provide personalized investment advice, guarantee an outcome, select an options contract, operate a brokerage account, or place an order.
Planned access and license
Paid access is intended to be delivered through a public invite-only TradingView publication. After that publication exists and enrollment opens, access will be granted only after the customer makes a separate affirmative request and provides the exact TradingView username. The beta-interest form is not this access request.
The intended license is personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable for the applicable access period. Final license scope and any device, household, business, or team limitations will appear at checkout before consent.
- Do not copy, republish, resell, share, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to expose protected source code.
- Do not share TradingView credentials or provide another person access through your account.
- Do not use the product or website unlawfully, deceptively, or to interfere with their operation.
Billing, renewal, and cancellation
No payment method is accepted by this preview. Before launch, the purchase flow will display the price, billing cadence, trial terms if offered, renewal timing, cancellation method, refund rules, taxes, and other material terms before the customer gives express consent.
The final cancellation and refund policy will be linked at checkout and acknowledged after purchase. Planned terms are summarized on the Cancellation and refunds page, but they are not yet an offer.
Availability, updates, and third parties
TradingView, market-data providers, internet services, devices, and exchanges are independent third parties. Their availability, data, chart calculations, alerts, and account rules can affect the experience. Lumi may require compatible TradingView access and may change as TradingView or Pine Script changes.
Product features, documentation, prices, and launch timing shown in this preview may change before enrollment opens. Material changes affecting an active paid term will be handled under the final customer terms.
Risk, warranties, and responsibility
Trading can result in rapid and substantial losses. The customer remains responsible for independent analysis, position sizing, options liquidity, news and earnings review, broker orders, and compliance with applicable rules.
Final warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity provisions, and jurisdiction-specific consumer rights will be reviewed and published before enrollment. Nothing in this draft limits a right that cannot lawfully be limited.
Questions and changes
A working business and support contact will be added before paid access opens. The effective terms presented at enrollment will control the transaction. A dated changelog or notice will identify material revisions after launch.
